Bread Machine Italian Bread


1 cup plus 2 Tbsp water or milk

1 egg

Pour in bread machine and add:

3 Tbsp to 1/3 cup sundried tomato salad dressing

(I've used Italian, but I like sundried tomato better)

1 Tbsp olive oil (if you use less dressing)

shake in a little basil and oregano

4 tsp Hodgsen gluten

2 packets sweetner (or 2 Tbsp sugar)

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 scant tsp yeast

3 cups Hodgsen unbleached bread flour

Mix, raise and bake as usual.
