1 box of Hostess Twinkies (10 count)
1 large (6-oz) box of instant vanilla Pudding, prepared as directed
1 large container (16 oz or more) fresh strawberries, sliced
OR
2 10 oz pkgs frozen strawberries, thawed & drained
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 large bananas
8 oz Cool Whip
½ cup toasted & chopped pecans
½ cup toasted coconut
Arrange Twinkies in a deep 9x11 glass baking pan
(9x13 is too large)
Pour vanilla pudding over Twinkies
Layer in this order:
strawberries
pineapple
sliced bananas
Soread with Cool Whip
chopped pecans
toasted coconut
Refridgerate.
I haven't tried it with chocolate puding yet, but that's next.
