Make-Your-Own-Pizzas

Fun dinner idea from Sherri S! Sherri says:

I don't really have any dessert recipes, but this is a dinner my family loves:

Make-Your-Own-Pizzas

Rhodes Dinner Rolls
Pam Oil Spray
Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
Your Favorite Toppings

Place the dinner rolls on a cookie sheet and sprizt with a little oil then throw them in a cold oven before you leave for work. When you get home they will probably be HUGE and a little crusty- don't worry, that's ok.

Pull the rolls out of the oven and preheat to 375 degrees.

Flatten the dinner rolls into circles. And I mean FLATTEN. They will puff when you cook them.

Add Pizza sauce and top with your favorite pizza ingrediants. Load with cheese.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. (Until the toppings are melted and edges start to brown.)

(On a Saturday I will put the frozen rolls in the oven on *warm* until they thaw. Then I flatten them out. It works even if you don't have time to let them rise.)

It's soooo easy and my kids love it. They each make their own and they each have their own style. Jocelyn likes no pizza sauce, cheese, and one pepperoni in the middle like a bull's-eye. Shawn likes extra sauce, very little cheese, and pepperoni in the shape of a smily face.Whatever floats your boat.

Thanks, Sherri! Flowers for you!
