HASH BROWN CASSEROLE LIKE CRACKER BARREL

frozen hash browns
salt & pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, diced
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Spray a 9x13" baking dish.
Spread frozen hash browns in bottom. Salt & pepper them.

Combine together soup, sour cream, butter & onion. Pour over hash browns.

Sprinkle with cheese,
Bake 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
