Creamed Corn

1 egg, beaten
1 14-ounce can whole corn, drained
1 14-ounce can creamed corn
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup cream or half-and-half
2 or 3 dozen saltine crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

 


Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased casserole dish. Dot the top with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
