Reuben Dip

1 pound corned beef, julienned
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1/2 cup 1000 island dressing
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces Swiss cheese, julienned

Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix by hand. Place finished dip in a bowl. Surround with pumpernickel pretzel rods, rye toast, and crostini.
