Pumpkin Cupcakes

1 spice cake mix
1 small can of pumpkin
1 1/2 cups water
1 bag of chocolate chips

Beat together pumpkin, cake mix and water. Stir in chocolate chips and drop by spoonfuls into muffin tins, filling only 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

I love this recipe and make it all the time. But. I substitute raisins for the chocolate chips because I'm sick that way :-)

If you do Weight Watchers this is a very friendly WW recipe. Only 2 points if you omit both the chocolate chips and the raisins.
