Chocolate Pecan Cake

1 box fudge cake mix
1 box French vanilla instant pudding
3 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 1/2 c milk

Beat until smooth
Pour evenly into 3 cake pans
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees
Cool

FILLING & FROSTING
2 c pecans, chopped (toasted optional)
1 8 oz + 1 3 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 tsp vanilla
1-2 squares chocolate, melted

Beat margarine and cream cheese until smooth
Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla
Set aside 1/3 of the mixture
To remaining 2/3, add pecans
Spread between layers and on top
To last third, add melted chocolate
Frost sides
