Lowfat Pudding Dessert

I you ever need a super-easy, yummy, low fat dessert that feeds a crowd:

Line the bottom of a large pan with unsalted crackers, top with a thick layer of low fat or fat-free vanilla pudding (I grab the Jello fat-free pudding cups) mixed with fat free or low fat Cool whip, top that with a thin layer of raspberry or wildberry pie filling (I get the cans of ED Smith). Repeat two or three times depending on how thick you prefer. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

The pudding mixture softens the crackers to the consistency of puff-pastry. The first time I had this stuff, I couldn't believe it was made with crackers.
