Fast Pork Stir Fry

1 Tbsp. oil 1 lb.
pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1-1/4 cups water
2 cups small broccoli florets
3 carrots, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices
1 small onion, sliced
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1/2 cup Light Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. or until meat is cooked through.

ADD water and vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil.

STIR in rice and dressing; cover.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Fluff with fork.

Jazz It Up:
Sprinkle with Dry Roasted Peanuts just before serving.
Substitute 2 cups frozen broccoli florets for the fresh broccoli.
