Easy Crock-Pot Pot-Roast
FROM ROBYN:
Place a 4-5# Pot Roast fat side up in the crockpot.
Cover with 1 Cup Italian Dressing.
Add up to 1 Cup water if needed to make liquid coming about 1/2way up the roast.
Cover & cook on Low heat for 8 hours.
