Turkey Salad

There's never enough leftover turkey, so I usually have to make another the week after Thanksgiving, just to satisfy the turkey cravings. My family adores creamed turkey, but here's a lunch fave:

¼ cup salad dressing or mayo
1 Tbsp grey poupon
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped water chestnuts
½ cup halved seedless grapes
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
Pinch of curry powder

Combine ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
Refrigerate at least 30 min. before serving.
We like this on croissants!

Just as good with chicken any other time of the year.
