SALTED NUT ROLL BARS from WDMCuz

WDMCuz says: Here's one you've probably seen but it's one I love. My daughter has me make it when they have "treat day" at work. It's so easy and they taste like
the candy bar.

SALTED NUT ROLL BARS

2 Jiffy yellow cake mixes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cups white corn syrup
¼ cup margarine
2 teaspoons vanilla
12 ounces of peanut butter chips
2 cups plain peanuts, salted
2 cups Rice Krispies

Mix cake mixes, ½ margarine and egg together. Press into an ungreased 9
x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Cover with marshmallows. Bake 1 to 3 minutes until fluffy but not brown.

Heat corn syrup, ¼ cup margarine, vanilla, and peanut butter chips until
chips are melted. Add to this peanuts and Rice Krispies. Pour over
marshmallows.

Refrigerate until set and then leave out at room temperature.
